Do I have to clean my home before you come?

It is always helpful to your cleaner if things on the floor (namely in the bedroom) is placed on the bed. If things on counter tops in the kitchen or bathroom are minimal also account for a better clean. 

Do I need to be present while my home is being cleaned?

There is no need for you to be present while we are in your home. Prior to your cleaning you will be contacted with the best way to enter your home. Understanding we are in these unique times, if you must be home, we ask that you stay as much as possible in a separate space from our cleaners. For you safety and ours. 

How many people will come to my home?

The amount of cleaners varies depending on the size of your home. Generally you can expect two cleaners, we find this to be more time efficient. 

What time will we arrive?

Together we will find the best time of arrival, once that is established we try our best to always arrive in that window. Consistency is key. 

When do I pay for my cleaning services? Do I pay the cleaner directly at my home?

Payments are due the day of service by e-transfer or cash or cheque (please place in a sealed envelope for the cleaner to take). 

Does MEDCLEAN have insurance?

Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 

What if I need to cancel a cleaning session?

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel as much time as possible is greatly appreciate.  If you need to cancel or reschedules a cleaning you can reach us by (create link to email) or text – 587-XXX-XXXX. Failure to give any notice may result in a small service charge. 

What if I have concerns or special requests?

Our commitment to customer service is key. Your feedback is always welcome. We will always try our best to accommodate any special requests. 


Does MEDCLEAN bring cleaning supplies?

Yes we provide all regular cleaning supplies and equipment. During these again unique times if you have a (good performing) vacuum we prefer to use yours (we’ll be sanitized after use).
